Shipping Information
At YASMIA.PK, we aim to deliver your hair-care orders safely and reliably across Pakistan. We currently work with courier partners including Leopards Courier and PostEx.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order verification.
- Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Verified, in-stock orders placed earlier in the business day may be dispatched sooner when operationally possible, but same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.
Shipping Methods
Orders may be dispatched through Leopards Courier, PostEx, or another suitable courier service where required for delivery coverage. Courier selection can depend on the destination, parcel size, service availability, and operational requirements.
Shipping Charges
- Rs. 250 standard delivery applies to orders below Rs. 2,999.
- FREE delivery applies automatically to qualifying orders of Rs. 2,999 or more within Pakistan.
The applicable delivery amount is shown during ordering and at Shopify checkout. Promotional discounts may reduce the product total without changing the eligibility rules of any shipping promotion unless specifically stated.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available where shown on the product page or Shopify checkout.
- Customers must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and complete delivery address.
- YASMIA does not add a separate 4% COD surcharge.
- For qualifying orders of Rs. 2,999 or more, the COD form and Shopify checkout should show free delivery.
- Promotional discount codes are subject to their own eligibility and expiry conditions.
Estimated Delivery Time
Typical delivery estimates within Pakistan are:

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary because of destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, security restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
When courier tracking is available, the tracking number may be shared by email, WhatsApp, or another order-notification channel after dispatch.
Delivery Address Guidelines
To avoid delays, please provide complete and accurate delivery details:
- Full name
- House number, street number, or road name
- Area, phase, sector, society, or nearby landmark where helpful
- City
- Active Pakistani mobile / WhatsApp number
YASMIA cannot be responsible for delivery delays, repeated delivery attempts, or returned parcels caused by incomplete or incorrect customer-provided information.
Delivery Delays
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact our support team so we can raise an inquiry with the courier. Any shipping refund or compensation, where applicable, is reviewed after the courier confirms the cause and status of the delay.
Delivery Confirmation & Issues
Please inspect the parcel when it arrives. If you notice damage, leakage, missing items, or an incorrect product, contact us within 1 day of delivery and follow the evidence requirements in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
